Symptoms of high blood calcium include bone pain, decreased appetite, drowsiness, dry mouth, fatigue, headache, metallic taste in mouth, muscle pain, stomach ache, thirst, weakness, and weight loss. If you experience any of these symptoms, stop taking the medication and contact your doctor immediately.

Pregnancy: Odan Calcitriol should not be used during pregnancy unless the benefits outweigh the risks. If you become pregnant while taking Odan Calcitriol, contact your doctor immediately.

Breast-feeding: Odan Calcitriol may pass into breast milk. If you are a breast-feeding mother and are taking calcitriol, it may affect your baby. Talk to your doctor about whether you should continue breast-feeding.

Children: The safety and efficacy of Odan Calcitriol have not been established for children under the age of 18 years.
