We've got answers.

Here's everything you need to know about getting treatment through Pocketpills.

Which conditions can Pocketpills prescribe treatment for?

We offer treatment for a range of conditions, all through one platform.

  • Our healthcare practitioners can assess and prescribe treatment for birth control, acne, UTI, cold sores, etc.
  • Our Canadian-licensed doctors provide consultations and prescriptions for diabetes, asthma, allergies, fever, colds, flu, etc.

The full list of conditions we treat are available on our telehealth website and through our booking portal.

How do online doctor consultations work?

Our doctors are available for virtual consultations and can prescribe the right medication based on your needs. Once your prescription is approved, we'll deliver your medication straight to your door, fast and free.

How long will it take to get an appointment with a doctor?

Most patients can see a doctor within two hours, and availability is typically within the same day.

How do pharmacist assessments work?

Our pharmacists can assess and prescribe treatment for minor conditions like birth control, acne, and UTIs. Just complete an online assessment, and a pharmacist will review it. If appropriate, they'll prescribe your medication and have it delivered quickly and discreetly.

Do I need a prescription to get acne medication?

Yes, a prescription is required. Our pharmacists can prescribe topical treatments for mild acne. If you need medication for moderate to severe acne, you'll need a prescription from your doctor or healthcare provider.

How long will it take to receive my medication?

Most orders arrive within one to three business days. You'll get real-time SMS updates, so you'll always know when to expect your delivery. We deliver for free and with discreet packaging.

What insurance do you accept? Do you bill directly?

We accept all major insurances and bill directly to them, so you only pay your portion. No hidden costs, no service charges, just easy, straightforward billing.
