Nitrate-containing medications: Sildenafil should never be taken with any medications that contain nitrates. Lung problems: Sildenafil is not recommended for people with a form of high blood pressure in the lungs called pulmonary veno-occlusive disease. If you do experience vision changes, do not drive or operate machinery until your vision returns to normal.

Pregnancy: Pms Sildenafil R should not be used during pregnancy unless the benefits outweigh the risks. If you become pregnant while taking Pms Sildenafil R, contact your doctor immediately.

Breast-feeding: Pms Sildenafil R may pass into breast milk. If you are a breast-feeding mother and are taking sildenafil, it may affect your baby. Talk to your doctor about whether you should continue breast-feeding.

Children: The safety and effectiveness of this medication have not been established for children with pulmonary hypertension.
