Symptoms of a reaction may include muscle rigidity and spasms, difficulty moving, and changes in mental state including delirium and agitation. Coma and death are also possible.

Headache: If you experiencing a severe headache or other unusual symptoms while taking selegiline, report them to a doctor immediately.
Levodopa: Some people who take selegiline may experience a worsening of levodopa-associated side effects, such as unusual movements of the body. Report these effects to your doctor as soon as possible. Your doctor may help with these effects by reducing the dose of levodopa.
Liver function: People taking selegiline may have changes in liver function that produce abnormal liver test results. Your doctor may recommend regular liver tests while you are taking Mylan Selegiline.
Maximum dose: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of 10 mg of selegiline.
Pregnancy: Mylan Selegiline should not be used during pregnancy unless the benefits outweigh the risks. If you become pregnant while taking Mylan Selegiline, contact your doctor immediately.
Breast-feeding: It is not known if selegiline passes into breast milk. If you are a breast-feeding mother and are taking Mylan Selegiline, it may affect your baby. Talk to your doctor about whether you should continue breast-feeding.
Children: The safety and effectiveness of using Mylan Selegiline have not been established for children.
