Before you begin using a medication, be sure to inform your doctor of any medical conditions or Allergies you may have, any medications you are taking, whether you are pregnant or breast-feeding, and any other significant facts about your health. These factors may affect how you should use Sandoz Travoprost.
Contact lenses: If you wear contact lenses you should remove the lenses before using the eye drops and wait at least 15 minutes before reinserting them.

Eye changes: Sandoz Travoprost may gradually change the colour of the eye, increasing the amount of brown pigment in the iris (coloured part of the eye). It may not be noticeable for several months or years of using Sandoz Travoprost. Sandoz Travoprost can also cause darkening, thickening, and lengthening of eyelashes. Talk to your doctor if you have any concerns.
Eye conditions: If you have certain types of eye conditions (e.g., uveitis, certain lens problems), discuss with your doctor how Sandoz Travoprost may affect your medical condition, how your medical condition may affect the dosing and effectiveness of Sandoz Travoprost, and whether any special monitoring is needed.
